Training and awareness

Security training with a phishing simulation – a practical chance to look in the mirror

At an agreed time we send your people a realistic phishing email and then run training based on the real results. Far more effective than a generic slide deck, because it talks about what actually happened in your organisation.

Who it is for

Who this service is for

  • Companies required by a standard or law to train staff regularly
  • Organisations whose people handle client data or make payments
  • Managers who want to know how susceptible their team really is
  • Companies that have trained before but never measured the result
What is included

What the service includes

Phishing simulation

A realistic phishing campaign adapted to your context – not a generic template, but something that would be believable in your organisation.

Analysis of the results

Who opened, who clicked, who entered data, who reported. Anonymous or attributed – agreed in advance.

Training for end users

Practical training that uses your own campaign results as examples. In Estonian or English, on site or online.

A separate session for managers and high-risk groups

Finance, HR and the board receive more targeted attacks – they deserve separate treatment.

A summary for management

A measurable result usable both as audit evidence and as the baseline for next year.

Process

How we work

  1. Agreements and scope

We agree the target group, timing, pretext and how results will be handled. The point is to learn, not to shame anyone.

  2. Campaign preparation

We build a phishing email that fits your context and clear it with the agreed contact person.

  3. The simulation

The campaign launches at the agreed time and results are collected over a defined period.

  4. Training

Training ideally runs shortly after the campaign, while the topic is still fresh.

  5. Summary and repetition

A report for management and a proposal for when and how to repeat it.

Outcome

What you end up with

  • A measured awareness level, not a guess
  • Trained staff and concrete examples from your own organisation
  • A report that works as audit evidence
  • Clarity on which groups need extra support
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is a phishing simulation fair to employees?

That is exactly why we agree the rules first. We recommend handling results at group level rather than for punishing individuals. The aim is that people learn and feel safe reporting a suspicious email – not that they fear admitting a mistake.

Is the training in Estonian or English?

Both. We deliver training in Estonian and English, and for an international team the sessions can be split by language.

How often should this be repeated?

Awareness fades quickly and teams change. Most organisations get the best result from training at least once a year, with phishing campaigns more often.

Does this satisfy the training requirement in the standard?

Yes – both ISO 27001 and the Cybersecurity Act expect regular awareness raising and evidence of it. The attendance list and the campaign report serve as that evidence.

Let's see how susceptible your team is

We agree the scope and the rules, then run a campaign people actually learn something from.
