Privacy policy

How we process personal data and use cookies.

Who is responsible for your data?

The controller of personal data is 27k Advisory OÜ (registry code 17519675), Palli 13A, Tallinn 11623, Estonia. For data protection questions, write to info@27k.ee or call +372 552 8000.

What data do we process?

When you contact us

When you write or call, we process your name, contact details, company name and the content of your message. We do this to answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, where relevant, conclude and perform a contract. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract, as well as our legitimate interest in answering your enquiry. We keep correspondence for as long as needed for our cooperation, and accounting records for the period required by law.

When you visit the website

The hosting provider's servers record technical logs (such as IP address, time and page visited) to keep the site running and secure. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and one script library for the blog from cdnjs (Cloudflare) – these providers see your IP address when doing so.

Cookies and browser storage

We always store necessary preferences in your browser (localStorage): the selected language, light or dark theme, accessibility mode and your cookie choice. These are not sent to us or to third parties.

To measure the effectiveness of our ads we use Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited). The Google Ads tag is loaded and cookies are set only if you have given consent. For example, we measure whether a visitor arriving from an ad clicked our email or phone link. Google may also process data outside the European Union (Google LLC, USA); such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

You can change your choice at any time via the „Cookie settings“ link in the page footer.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data, request its correction or deletion, restrict processing, object, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to us at info@27k.ee. If you believe your rights have been violated, you may contact the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).

Changes

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Last updated: 8 October 2026.
